The florist called when there was an issue with my order. She quickly provided solution and was so friendly, patient and helpful on the phone. The flowers were dropped just in time. I would definitely be patronising again!

We wanted to send our Franchise Partners some flowers to congratulate them, we looked on google and were impressed by Heaven Scent's website and flowers, the flowers were received the same day and our Franchise Partner said they looked beautiful and smelt beautiful, we had a lovely experience and would highly recommend.
